From Vision to Reality

Amanat White Palace is actively progressing from concept to landmark.

Planned as a 14-storey premium halal hospitality destination, the project has already reached the 7th floor, marking a significant milestone in the development journey.

With a target completion year of 2030, the remaining development will focus on completing the upper floors, architectural works, interior development, hospitality facilities, infrastructure, finishing works and other requirements necessary to bring the full project vision to life.

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STATUS

7 of 14 Floors Developed

The structural development has currently progressed up to the 7th floor of the planned 14-storey building.

50% of the planned floor structure has been reached, based specifically on the current 7-floor progress against the 14-floor plan. This figure refers to the number of planned floors developed, not overall project completion.

Construction and development of the remaining floors, followed by architectural finishing, interiors, MEP systems, hospitality facilities, landscaping and other project components.

TARGET COMPLETION — 2030
The project is targeting completion by 2030, subject to construction progress, regulatory approvals, procurement, financing and other project execution requirements.

The journey from the 7th floor to the completed Amanat White Palace represents the next major phase of development.

Over the coming years, the project is planned to progress through:

01 — Structural Development
Completion of the remaining floors and major structural works.

02 — Architectural Development
Façade, architectural detailing and building envelope development.

03 — MEP & Building Systems
Installation and integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and other essential building systems.

04 — Interior Development
Development of suites, public areas, restaurants, wellness spaces, prayer facilities, meeting and event areas and other interior environments.

05 — Hospitality Facilities
Implementation of the planned guest amenities, recreational facilities, dining concepts, commercial areas and other hospitality components.

06 — Finishing & Landscaping
Final finishing, external works, landscaping and environmental enhancement.

07 — Pre-Opening & Operational Preparation
Final inspections, systems testing, staff preparation, operational planning and readiness for opening.
