Amanat White Palace is being developed as a long-term hospitality destination in Cox’s Bazar. The project journey is progressing through multiple stages—from planning and structural development to the completion of a landmark 14-storey hospitality destination.

Our timeline reflects both the progress already achieved and the planned development journey ahead.

PHASE 01

Vision & Project Planning

Completed / Ongoing

The journey began with the vision of developing a premium hospitality destination in Cox’s Bazar that combines modern 5-star facilities with a halal, family-oriented hospitality concept.

The initial development process included project planning, architectural vision, land development strategy and the conceptualization of the future hotel experience.

PHASE 02

Land & Development Preparation

Development Stage

The project has been planned across approximately 142 decimal of land, establishing the foundation for a large-scale hospitality development.

Planning has focused on creating an integrated destination that can accommodate premium suites, dining, wellness, recreation, events, commercial facilities and other hospitality services.

PHASE 03

Structural Development

Progress Achieved

The physical development of Amanat White Palace has progressed significantly.

The planned building consists of 14 storeys, and construction has currently progressed up to the 7th floor.

This represents 50% of the planned floor count, based on the current 7-floor development against the planned 14-storey structure.

PHASE 04

Continued Structural Development

2026–2027 | Planned Development Phase

The next stage will focus on progressing the structure toward the remaining planned floors.

Development activities will continue in accordance with the project's construction program, technical requirements, approvals, procurement and execution schedule.

PHASE 05

Architectural & Interior Development

Following major structural completion, the project will progress through architectural finishing and interior development.

The development concept includes approximately 554 planned suites, alongside a range of guest, family, wellness, dining, recreational and event facilities.

This stage will focus on bringing the different components together into one integrated hospitality destination.

PHASE 07

Testing, Preparation & Pre-Opening

Planned

Before opening, the completed development will require final inspections, testing and operational preparation.

The planned pre-opening stage may include:

TARGET COMPLETION — 2030

The Destination Takes Shape

Amanat White Palace is targeting completion by 2030, subject to construction progress, regulatory approvals, procurement, financing and other project execution requirements.

The goal is to complete the planned development and prepare Amanat White Palace for its next chapter as a premium halal hospitality destination in Cox’s Bazar.
