Amanat White Palace is a landmark hospitality development planned on Marine Drive Road, Kolatoli, Cox’s Bazar, designed to introduce a new standard of premium 5-star halal hospitality to one of Bangladesh’s most prominent tourism destinations.

Strategically located opposite Kolatoli Jame Masjid and in close proximity to Dolphin Mor, the project is envisioned as a comprehensive hospitality and lifestyle destination where modern architecture, premium accommodation, family-oriented facilities, halal values and long-term ownership opportunities come together.

A Large-Scale Hospitality Development

The project is planned on approximately 142 decimal of land, with a 14-storey building designed to accommodate a wide range of hospitality, lifestyle, dining, wellness, commercial and recreational facilities.

Each floor is planned with approximately 28,800 square feet of floor area, creating a substantial development designed to serve both domestic and international visitors to Cox’s Bazar.

The completed development is planned to feature approximately 554 premium suites across different categories, supported by carefully planned facilities and services designed around comfort, privacy, family needs and modern hospitality standards.

Development Status

Amanat White Palace is currently under development.

Development has already progressed up to the 7th floor of the planned 14-storey structure, representing an important stage in the project's journey. The development plan targets completion of the remaining works by 2030, subject to construction progress, approvals and project execution.
